By downloading or using Shaviyani Games, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our app.
Shaviyani Games offers two subscription options:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
All purchases and refunds are handled through Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective refund policies. We do not process payments directly.
All content in Shaviyani Games, including but not limited to games, graphics, audio, and text, is owned by Shaviyani Games and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Shaviyani Games is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the past 12 months.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
