Who we are

Shaviyani Games is based in Malé, Maldives. Customer service: hello@shaviyanigames.com. We reply within two working days.

Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using our apps, or buying a subscription on this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps or buy a subscription.

What you are buying

Shaviyani is a Dhivehi alphabet learning app for children. The first game is free. A subscription unlocks all 26 games and every game we add while your subscription is active. It is a digital service: nothing is shipped, and there are no import, export or customs charges.

Prices and currency

In the app, through the App Store or Google Play:

• Monthly subscription: $3.99 a month
• Annual subscription: $29.99 a year

On this website, paid with a card through Bank of Maldives and charged in Maldivian rufiyaa (MVR):

• Monthly subscription: MVR 59 a month
• Yearly subscription: MVR 449 a year

The total amount is shown on the checkout screen before you pay. Your card issuer may apply its own fees or exchange rates for cards not issued in the Maldives.

Delivery

Access is delivered instantly. After a website payment is confirmed, open Shaviyani, tap a locked game, choose “Unlock with email” and enter the email you used to subscribe. A website subscription covers one device at a time; unlocking another device moves the subscription to it, up to 3 times in 30 days. If a payment takes a few minutes to confirm, your access starts as soon as it does.

Renewal

App Store and Google Play subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and are managed in your store account settings.

Website subscriptions renew automatically: your card is stored by Bank of Maldives, not by us, and is charged the same price at the start of each period until you cancel. If a renewal payment fails we retry your card, and your subscription ends if it keeps failing.

Cancellation and refund policy

• You can cancel a website subscription at any time at shaviyanigames.com/subscribe. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Periods already started are not refunded, in full or in part, when you cancel.
• If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or could not unlock the app after paying and we cannot fix it, email hello@shaviyanigames.com within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full to the same card.
• Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies.

Payment security

Website payments are processed by Bank of Maldives through BML Connect. You enter your card details only on Bank of Maldives’ payment page, over an encrypted (TLS) connection, and the bank stores them under the PCI DSS standard. Our servers never receive or store your card number, expiry date or security code.

Transaction records

Bank of Maldives emails you a receipt for each payment, and your subscription details are always visible at shaviyanigames.com/subscribe. We recommend that you keep a copy of your receipts and of these Terms and our Privacy Policy for your records.

Intellectual property

All content in our apps, including games, graphics, audio and text, is owned by Shaviyani Games and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the apps. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the past 12 months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will change the date at the top when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
